About the Event
The Vectorply Golf Outing is our premier appreciation event, dedicated to thanking our valued customers and supplier partners. Now in its fifth year, this outing brings together leaders across our industry for a day of connection, camaraderie, and celebration. The 2026 program includes a behind-the-scenes tour of Vectorply’s manufacturing facility, an 18‑hole golf outing, a special 5th anniversary awards ceremony, and an optional play-your-own-ball round.
Purpose: Strengthening relationships, celebrating partners, recognizing excellence.
Who Attends: Customers, suppliers, industry partners, Vectorply leadership and team.
Why It Matters: Our largest annual relationship-building and appreciation event.

9:00 am - Vectorply Tour + Lite Breakfast
11:00 am - Registration begins at GICC + Boxed Lunch + Warmups on the Range
12:00 pm - Main 18‑Hole Golf Outing Begins
6:00 pm - Awards Ceremony + Thank You Dinner
What to Expect
- Four-man scramble format
- On‑course activities
- Vectorply covers green fees, range balls and carts
- Box lunch provided
- Two mulligans per player. Mulligans can be purchased for $10 each with cash or Venmo at registration.

Attire
Golf‑appropriate clothing. Blue jeans are not allowed, and tucked-in shirts are required at GICC.

The Columbus, Phenix City area experiences warm, pleasant spring weather with average daily highs rising from 73°F to 80°F and nightly lows ranging from 51°F to 57°F during April.
Sunscreen will be provided.

Is there a cost to attend?
There is no cost to participate in the main Golf Outing, awards ceremony, or dinner, as these are hosted by Vectorply as part of our customer and supplier appreciation event. Mulligans can be purchased at registration for $10 each. Maximum two per player.
A second‑day play‑your‑own‑ball round is optional, and greens fees for this round will be covered.
Please note that Vectorply does not cover hotel accommodations, transportation, or any personal travel expenses.

What is the dress code?
Golf‑appropriate attire. Soft‑spike shoes encouraged. Blue jeans are not allowed and tucked-in shirts are required at GICC.
What happens if it rains?
The event will continue as planned if light rain or minimal weather impacts are forecasted; however, notifications of major weather-related event changes will be sent out prior to travel.
Are rental clubs available?
A very limited number of rental clubs will be available. Please plan to bring your own clubs.
Are handicaps required?
Providing your handicap (or an estimate of your typical score) is very helpful for building balanced teams and creating fair pairings for the outing. If you do not know your handicap, a general scoring range is perfectly acceptable.
What time should I arrive?
If you are visiting Vectorply for our plant tour, please arrive at 9:00 a.m. EST. Golf Outing registration will begin at GICC at 11 a.m. EST.
Will food and beverages be provided?
Yes—breakfast, boxed lunch, on-course refreshments, and post‑round dinner will be available.
Is transportation provided?
Guests are responsible for their own transportation. Parking is available at the course.
